Should have cocoa available in rooms and hot water in a special container for breakfast for tea & cocoa..not the one shared with cold water. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Good smelling as soon as we opened the door. Bed mattress was very hard. Bathroom needs a new shower head system, new no-slip bath mat and caulking around baseboards. Best smelling room ever, clean, comfortable design, efficient, quiet surroundings.
