The front desk was rude when I asked for an upper floor room. It was too expensive for the condition it was in. Coffee and apples in the lobby. Could not control the room temperature, staff did not honor request for upper floor, carpet bad, site said free parking it was not free, construction outside. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and great apples. Breakfast. customer rating 5 out of 5 Over all this was a great experience for my fiance andalthough there was construction going on and we had no privacy on the balcony during the day trying to enjoy afternoon lunch on the balcony with many men outside our window painting the building that was 250 feet away. otherwiseI would go back there. When construction is done. The staff was understanding when we asked for everything as possible that we needed like A refrigerator and a cart to carry our luggage. The hotel did not tell us about the AC unit and we turned the unit on and left for the day and it was very hot in the room and melted my special occasion.
