The staff, the rooms, had to pay for ice, did not clean the rooms, had to call for maid 2 times never came. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The location was great as I am a climber and needed close proximity to the park. The staff was<BR/>very helpful and nice. I found it to be clean other then the mattress cover and comforter. The blinds did not adequately shut out the very bright li I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the mattress was not comfortable enough and the pillows not plump enough and there were only two on the bed. No bedside lamps for reading. Location was great for our hiking.
