The room was spotless, with any amenities we could have wanted. The staff was gracious and friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The help were friendly and accommodating. Trouble with the key card twice, needed to be re-programed twice in three days. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The room we got with two beds is very spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to Hollywood, Beaches and OK to Disneyland. Cafeteria is very small. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel was OK except they said there weren't any non-smoking rooms available and put us in a room that smelled horrible. The free breakfast was good. The location was not good, I would not recommend for families.
