Customer Reviews for Best Western Date Tree Hotel Indiocustomer rating 3.5 out of 5 I found the location to be lacking. We had to drive about 15 minutes to a restaurant. Since I am not a great navigator this was inconvenient. Front desk seemed understaffed although the woman manning it seemed very professional and caring. She was rushed by the necessity to do many tasks for the arriving guests. They offered free DVDs for room use. Lobby had no bathroom. Front desk was shabby. customer rating 4 out of 5 Great with the exception of the housekeeping problem. Clean and my kids were amazed by it. The front desk told me I had till 1pm to check out and the cleaning lady was in my room cleaning up moving all my stuff around because she was told 12pm. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Room was comfortable for us. In town for a concert, early check in and time to get ready. Wish there was a note that pool was open 24 hours. Hot at 11p could have a loved a late night swim. Breakfast was awesome! Continental PLUS! Staff "Super courteous". Wish I knew pool was open 24 hours, would have loved a night swim. Will keep as favorite for that area. Cant!
