We were shocked to see the condition of this hotel and the general location. It was next to the freeway but the overall area was industrial. Actually it was a little scary and you could hear doors opening and closing due to creaking hinges. The parking was limited due to handicap zones and then an employee parked a golf until cart in the non-handicap zone which left less parking. The outdoor halls were flooded with water when we got there and for most of the that day. Our room was non-smoking but there was a definite odor of smoke which they tried to disguise with other aromas. We were too busy to submit objections and just toughed it out. The pillows and bed were nice. Dingy atmosphere, and one person at the front desk was surly. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great location, nice breakfast included, spacious room with lots pillows. customer rating 2 out of 5 Walls between rooms are paper thin.
