Pool was dirty with lots of bugs. customer rating 1 out of 5 I was extremely disappointedfor giving me the Holiday Inn when I specifically requested 2.5+ stars (highest possible rating available in Goleta). The lists Holiday Inn among possible 2 star hotels and the nicer Holiday inn Express among 2.5+ star hotels. They accommodated request for two beds in non-smoking room. Full size beds worn down. Dirty carpet. Bad TV reception. Only a few Premium channels. No fridge or microwave. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Convenience to UCSB for a campus tour. Easy highway access. Did not have complimentary breakfast.
