It just needs to be updated. There was the smell of fresh paint so they are working on it. I was not sure about the area. Glad we only had to stay one night. It was a place to lay our heads for one night. Carpets were very dirty and old. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 I called in the morning to be sure we had a 3rd bed. They said we would have a king and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa about 8 p.m. there was no bedding on it at all. It was in a location easy for our trip to Warner Bro Studios. The pm concierge was helpful in directions. The wall paper is coming off. The day time staff was marginal when we checked in. They were not warm or inviting.
