Instead I was charged $20 more. Bed was comfortable, dual shower heads. Downtown Fresno is a crack den. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel its self was nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Went for a walk after dark and there were some very interesting people hanging around the entrance of the parking garage and out front. Overall though I was happy. Those that are complaining probably want five star service for the two and a half star price. Room was nice. Staff was accomodating. Location. Never realized how interesting downtown Fresno is. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Staff responded to concerns in a timely manner. Air-conditioning was non-operational throughout the hotel and in all rooms.
