The manager was super rude, he did not accommodate us. He wasn't helpful at all. And plus a house keeper walked in to the room without knocking. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Over all the hotel was OK. Heat did not work so had to move to a second room up stairs. Close to Kaiser Hospital for my surgery. Close to food and shopping. The front desk girl did not seem to know what she was doing. rude about late check out. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel was absolutely awesome in appearance and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in this area and if we return, we will stay here again. Hotel was located near restaurants and train. Breakfast was varied and very good.
