There are many permanent residents that live in hotel and are a little questionable and smokers every where on all levels even although the staff said they were suppose to stay in designated area not in forced. The beds were some what comfortable, rooms clean. Very seedy neighborhood a lot of permanent residents hanging around smoking on all floors cigarette buts every where in parking lot. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 It had a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board and hair blow dryer. Breakfast was A+. The greeting at an outside window when we arrived late. Seemed as if the location was not safe. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Staff were very personable.
