The hotel manager was not accommodating at all and we were double booked in a room. customer rating 4 out of 5 Easy to get to and close to the conference we were attending. Clean, comfortable, large corner room with a really good bed. Very nice breakfast at the restaurant downstairs but alas it was not open for dinner (due to a family emergency.) Very nice staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. There is an outdoor pool, an indoor whirlpool and a little but well-equipped gym room (none of which we used.) There was a min-fridge, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board in the room. Really good bed. Clean, relatively quiet. Close to the conference. Quiet except we had an adjoining room (locked door between), with, ah, er---boisterous---neighbors.. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Overall quality was good. Restaurant for breakfast was very average - could have been better considering they serve dinner there too and based on breakfast, I wouldn't go there for lunch/dinner. Quite a few bikers around when we checked in so not sure about family friendliness of the place but all in all - was satisfied. Nice decor - modern and up-to-date. Just stayed the night and lots of bikers in the area.
