Breakfast customer rating 4 out of 5 Clean building, clean room, friendly staff, breakfast is a bit sparse but fairly typical for the class of hotel. Getting off 99 N into the parking lot is a bit tricky. Move quickly from exit ramp to the far left lane. customer rating 3 out of 5 Overall the experience was good. Though they did accommodate our room request with no extra charge, they threatened us constantly. We were getting our bags out a few minutes late, and they said if we did not clear the room by 11:00, they would charge us an extra night. We are airline employees who travel frequently, yet we have never had that experience checking out at 11:05. We felt somewhat uncomfortable like second class citizens. That said, the staff was still very polite, and we did save money. So, I guess I would say just know that going in, keep a low profile and don't expect anything extra. Rooms were adequate, and especially for the price. Abit of traffic noise though nothing unbearable-it did not disrupt our sleep.
