Quiet location, decent, loved the water canal running through hotel property. TV remote missing, not enough towels, AC unit too loud. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I felt comfortable staying at this hotel. The beds were nice, no funny smells or bothersome noises. I would stick with the fruit and coffee for breakfast. I tried eggs, bacon and oatmeal; all were no beuno. The waffles looked good, but the wait was too long for me. It's kind of a sketchy area, but the hallways are indoors and you need a key to get in. Great room, great price. Just across the street from the convention center.
