Very friendly staff had a baby crib for us and the breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. N/A customer rating 4.5 out of 5
Overall, a nice hotel, and the shuttle to Disneyland was nice. The fact that inside the hotel they charge for water bottles, (which were not refrigerated for $2.50) when there was a vending machine right around the corner selling them cold for $1.50. There was no air ventilation in the bathroom, which kept its very damp. It was a nice experience, but probably going somewhere else next time. Breakfast should of been included, the prices at the restaurant inside the hotel were outrageous! The maids were the friendliest, and very attentive. Great service! The head concierge didn't tell me there would be a $100 deposit, and ran my card without my permission! customer rating 4 out of 5 The coffee was not refilled so my husband and myself had no coffee the next morning. The restroom in our room was constantly running. The shuttles had no air condition nor windows we could crack open to air out the shuttle or have a breeze come in. I stil We had to pay for parking ($30) on our 3 day stay. I did not appreciate that. We were already paying to stay parking as well.
