I don't mind the attractiveness so much, but if the room isn't ready they could've put us in one that was. That's what I would've done as a hotel manager. But instead of giving us a clean room at 4:30 ( check-in was at 3:00 ) we had to wait for this room. They told us 10 minutes so we waited in front of the door and we stood there for 45 minutes. We showed up at 12:00 to let them know we had arrived so it took them a total amount of 5 and half hours to clean the room. I've never been treated so badly. Then in the evening there were loud noises coming from the ceiling all night that we barely got any sleep. The price. Loud noises at night. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Outdated decor.
