Customer Reviews for Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Vancouvercustomer rating 3 out of 5 When I arrived, there was a dirty washcloth from the previous inhabitant hanging from the shower curtain rail. I asked housekeeping to remove it, and it wasn't removed. I also asked for the pillow-top on the mattress to be removed, and this wasn't done either, I had to do it myself. Pool was nice - workout facility was nice. Dirty washcloth left in room when I arrived. Housekeeping request only half performed. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I would stay at this hotel again as it is within walking distance of the major shopping district and the hotel itself is very comfortable. The beds, pillows and bath shower were awesome. customer rating 4 out of 5 Convenient centrally located in Downtown Vancouver. Some staff were grumble.
