When they found out it was our first visit to Vancouver they made sure we had everything we needed and placed us in a newly renovated room which was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying there again on our next visit to Vancouver. The room was beautiful and the beds very, very comfortable. customer rating 3 out of 5 We had an ok experience, were on a medical trip to hospital, and this hotel is close, but after 12 hrs. In hospital, their restaurant is under renos and elevators still have only cloth walls etc., but our oxygen company put an oxygen making machine in our hotel room, which gave me peace of mind, so husband would not run out of oxygen. hotel did provide a continental breakfast seeing as restaurant was closed. I would have liked to know their restaurant was closed, before booking, though. Was being renovated in July and still was, on this trip, restaurant closed pool closed elevators unfinished. customer rating 1 out of 5 Renovated rooms are nice, buffet breakfast better than average, 3 blocks to sky train and bus stop to our venues beside hotel. Good restaurants in the area. The management gave us free breakfast not included in the Priceline deal. Under construction.
