The Best Western Chateau Granville's well-appointed tower superior view rooms and spacious (450 sq. ft.) one bedroom suites include microwave, refrigerator, work desk, free in-room coffee / tea, pay-per-view movies, and 27-inch color television. Each one bedroom suite has a separate bedroom and a living room with pull out sofabed, two televisions, and three telephones. All suites and most of our superior view rooms have private balconies, with many offering breathtaking views. Our courtyard building is adjacent to our main tower. This quaint heritage era building, is a three level walk-up without elevators. This may be unsuitable for persons with mobility difficulties. Our food and beverage facilities include our anew The Edge Social Grille and Lounge, a unique concept in fine casual dining. The Edge is located just off the lobby and boasts a beautifully landscaped outdoor patio, open seven days a week. We stayed in the tower (unlike most Courtyard reviews), we had a fridge and microwave and balcony! Staff were extremely helpful, and the room was clean. Fantastic location, clean rooms, great staff. Parking. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great location, clean room, and comfy enough for a place to crash after a night out in the entertainment district. No issues. Being in the courtyard isn't a big deal. Free WiFi worked well and is very handy to have. The location<BR/>was<BR/>very close to the main entertainment venues. 11 am checkout is early, when you are in the entertainment district and likely up late the night before. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall the hotel met our expectations. The staff were very nice and helped us find deals on activities in the city. I think I'd stay there again just for it's central location. It was very centrally located in Downtown Vancouver and close to everything. To get to our room we had to walk through a dark alley with cars traveling down it. A little scary.
