Pool was outdoors and not usable in the winter. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Wheel as a costumer which I used to stay in best western before as clean as it was. Instead of paying that money for this kind of hotel I could of reserve good hotel and at least feel comfortable to sleep over night. Windows needs to be changed. Walls need to be paint. I really don't recommend that hotel to any one. Also, the area was too crowded and I didn't feel that I am going to hotel I felt I am going to jail or some case which you can't even breathe. I really didn't like the hotel being as a western. Staffs not friendly and also rooms are not clean. customer rating 3.6 out of 5 Renovation would be good for this hotel; especially carpet in the room was very worn out. Lobby is like the one of a motel. Amazing location as the highways are right there. It was a good thing they included continental breakfast otherwise it wouldn't have been worth it. great location off the highways Old carpet, lobby.
