I would have been very disappointed with my say if it were for more than one night. This is not my idea of a 4 star resort, but it is clean, safe, conveniently located and moderately priced. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Not a 4 star hotel though. Rooms were outdated, pool area small and misrepresented. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Good service and fixtures. Nothing to complain about the hotel, although it's not in center Copacabana.
