I had to swap rooms on checking in due to electrical problems, but staff was quick to get me another room. Easy to find, easy access, very clean, and staff was extremely accommodating. Used two rooms, one had outlets that didn't work and the carpet looked clean but felt sticky. The other room was fine. customer rating 4 out of 5 I was in a smoking room and the room reeked of the smoking smell. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel was far below both in service, staff. When we requested an extra blanket we were told you will have to come to the office and get it yourself. I called in advance to confirm that one of the rooms that I booked when would have twin beds per that That I was staying one night. Same as above.
