It was very late with a small child and I was given no other option that a smoking room. Not pleased. Did not stay. Lost the money and stayed elsewhere for much more. I was given a smoking room with no other option. I did not stay. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel was difficult get to off the controlled access highway. The general appearance of the hotel was nice. I was not pleased with the room assignment. It smelled with dampness. The bed a sheets felt damp. The desk chair was not fit for charity. We did not feel very comfortable, but since it was late, all we felt like doing was falling to sleep. I definitely felt there were better rooms in this place. The appearance was nice, the staff was friendly. The room felt damp. Desk chair had holes in it. It smelled. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great all around experience, being the first in little rock.
