The air-conditioning did not work well. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 For a 3 star hotel I expected more, there was no free breakfast, old outdated TV, no refrigerator, microwave, no cable to plug into Internet, it was very plain. The bathtub held standing water while trying to shower (very gross) same with the sink - how do you brush your teeth with this problem. No refrigerator to hold our drinks, tried to buy drinks but the machine took our money- never put a "out of order sign on it." Pool was closed, very upsetting since that's one reason why we wanted to stay there. Wall paper was stained, shower curtain was stained... Not what I expected when booking at a Hilton with this room I'd rather been at a cheap, no name hotel! Close to interstate.
