The one and only elevator is out and has been out for 2 months. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Exterior of hotel interesting because it is so old. Inside the lobby area the renovation is nice. Hotel staff was not helpful. Girl behind desk was to busy talking to a guy, possibly her boyfriend didn't want to help us. Acted like we were an inconvenience. Woman who was working the next morning in the breakfast area was not nice, she was actually rude. The room we had was so small and the bed only one for two people was tiny. Near the historic square. Exercise room is terrible, terrible equipment. staff not helpful. Room and bed and bath tiny.
