The pillow is so high my head could not sink into the pillow and give me a headache. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel checked another guest into the same room that I was already in. The guy walked in while I was sitting at the desk working. We were both offered 2 free drink coupons as the only compensation and they were not even valid for that day. Very poor customer service. The hotel itself was fine. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was far from great. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel was in a good location near the rivers, historic fort, and Trail of Tears site. The building was well-maintained and on a major street. The room was quiet and we were able to get a great rest. Drawbacks: There is very little parking at the hotel and we had to park at the near-by convention center parking lot. There was hair and dust/lint on the bathroom counter and on the desk chair, which indicates a lack of thorough cleaning. It was well-maintained and modern. The location was near many sites.
