Location was great for me. Room and bath were very small. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This is a functional hotel for an overnight stay. The property is older, but well maintained, but just isn't as nice as new! I would recommend it for any type of traveler who needs a bed close to the University of Arkansas. Staff was fabulous. Hotel was old but kept up. Rooms were what I expected. customer rating 2 out of 5 Still needs a lot of repairs - cosmetically. Evening staff was not to be desired. Location was excellent. It looked as though it has been updated but there are still some obvious signs of needed repair in the room we stayed in.
