The front desk staff and restaurant / lounge staff are very friendly and were very kind to my elderly Mom who suffered from altitude sickness. They were able to accommodate her when we asked to move her to the first floor and put her in a handicapped accessible room. The hot tub was very nice too and uncrowded because the weather was cool. It was too cold to swim in the pool when we were there. The hotel is in a lovely setting of pine trees away from the road, so is quiet. The staff were very friendly and very nice to my elderly mother. The rooms were not cleaned very well and not enough shampoo. customer rating 5 out of 5 Very happy.
