The fire alarm went off at 3am and we were not allowed to re-enter our room until after 4am. The hotel staff did nothing to accommodate this inconvenience and seemed offended when I asked if they were going to do anything for us. Nothing Awful stay, horrible hotel. customer rating 2 out of 5
We were given a tiny room back in corner of hotel. I believe it was a double bed which sank in the middle. It clearly should not be used for 2 people and most likely is normally used for 1 person, based on our both rolling to the middle of the bed. There was barely room to get out on one side of the bed. There was a table and 2 chairs. The TV was old style. Bathroom was also very small. The back of bathroom door was dirty. Hotel staff allowed us in room at 11 a.m. when check in is normally 3 pm. Tiny uncomfortable bed and room. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 It was nice but not my first choice in the future. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. Some of the hotel felt old and outdated.
