The air conditioner was uncomfortably loud and not working for three of the four nights we stayed! customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Helpful staff. But this is a distressed property. Hotel empty during our stay. Elevator patched with plywood. Facing of rear of building had fallen off - insulation exposed. No hazard signs - just twine around the area. Empty. Helpful staff. In disrepair. Poor location. customer rating 5 out of 5 It was my second time staying there. I have friends that live on the east side and it is the best hotel in the area by far. The beds and sheets are the best in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Marble top bathroom counters are a bonus. The bed and sheets were AWESOME.
