The staff at front desk. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Personnel over the phone where rude but helpful in person. Cleanliness standards leave a bit to be desired. Hat a microwave, and fridge. Bed was half made when I arrived. A dirty sock was hanging from the lamp shade. Carpet so filthy it turned my white socks brown. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 It was cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast and the pool was Ice cold.
