The view and the pool were both AMAZING!!!! customer rating 5 out of 5 The Hyatt is a great getaway for out of towners and local. Great vacation spot! Great location. Beautiful facility and the staff is very helpful! Loved everything!! customer rating 3 out of 5 THe hotel staff was very welcoming and pleasant, but the room we were given 3111, did not meet resort standards. The inner curtain in the room was torn and taped together and the furniture on the patio outside the room was in ripped, terrible shape. I looked at the other furniture on either side of our patio and those seemed to be in much better condition. This made me wonder if you had assigned a lesser quality room simply because we had booked this reservation from an offer on Priceline. If so, this is a bad way to encourage return visits.
