This hotel is dirty, old, run down, front desk staff did not make us feel welcome! You know it had to be bad in order to forfeit the price YOU charged me, knowing that I could NOT get any of my money back! The fact that you chose this hotel for me with no recourse on my part, and no leniency on changing hotels is ridiculous! I would really appreciate someone contacting me regarding this matter! Absolutely nothing! customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel was OK - it was quite old but they had painted and tried to redo the rooms to a certain extent. The room was very small though. I wasn't in the room much so that is why I opted for a cheaper hotel - so I guess I got what I paid for. I also like to be able to have fresh air and there was only one tiny window above the door that one could open to the outside. Everyone was very friendly. The sheet and blanket were dirty with something like blood on sheet and dried cereal on blanket. Faucet in tub leaked. customer rating 5 out of 5 I liked the room a lot.
