Downtown location. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel might be the only hotel in St. Johns and was a comfortable place to spend the evening. There was nothing exceptional about this older hotel, but they were pet friendly for a $10 fee for our traveling companions. Very friendly people at the hotel. Needed upkeep like caulking around tub and needed less perfume.
