Noisy a/c, but in talking to other people in my group the problem was isolated to my room. customer rating 4 out of 5 The accommodations were great. My kids ( ages 7-16 ) loved the pools and room was very comfortable. The housekeeping was awful. I had to call them to clean our room at 5:30 PM. When they did come, the trash wasn't emptied and they left no clean towels. Pool was great, rooms were nice. The housekeeping was poor. customer rating 5 out of 5 I have two teenagers and a 7 year old and they all loved the pool area w/ the falls and the slide. We had a 2 bed suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. The shower & toilet were separate from the sink area which was perfect. We loved the somewhat central location and the view being up against the mountain. We ordered food out by the pool and it was perfect and not too pricey. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. We loved the pool area and the size of the 2 bed suite.
