They lost my business. Comfortable beds. Horrible customer service, very rude. customer rating 5 out of 5 Had a great time and enjoyed the friendly staff. I did not like the parking arrangements. Its one of my favorite hotels to stay in Phoenix, however I felt like I was treated as a second class citizen, they gave me a double bed when I asked for a single bed, my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. Room service, excellent food... Front desk person was not friendly at all....
