Bags of trash in the hallway. customer rating 3 out of 5 Water system break down was not the staff's fault, but the in-room fridge being turned off was their fault. A simple message on the fridge alerting the customer would help. Location Hot water system broke down in the AM & the in room fridge was not turned on. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Pleasantly surprised at all the extras they offered. Almost everything, especially two sinks. Room did not get cleaned because the help leaves at noon and we slept in.
