Hotel was great, neat, tidy, great staff, great location, food was nearby, try the pizza place across the street. Had huge rooms and great bed and pillows. Room was a treat compared to what we were kind of expecting.
customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Had a negative experience trying to use laundry facility. Hotel has 2 washer/dryer machines. One had a sign saying out of service and the other had stagnant soapy water in it. The front desk said they would send someone over to fix it immediately. We stay customer rating 0.5 out of 5 When I booked our room I booked a nonsmoking king room. When we arrived we were offered and smoking full room. My husband has respiratory problems. Staying in a smoking room is impossible for him. The hotel said "sorry that's what we have.
