Not friendly, but not rude. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very clean facility (rooms, hallways, public areas), nice that this is a non-smoking facility, good food and friendly service. In fact, after checking out and heading home, we realized that one of my sons left his Nixon watch on top of the TV cabinet, and upon calling the front desk an hour later, the cleaning staff found the watch and mailed it back to our home in San Diego unheard of with other hotels! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend! Was very appreciative that the restaurant staff accommodated us for the breakfast buffet at 11:00am.
