Called a week before to let them know I wouldn't be arriving until 4am and "not to give away my room". I arrived and I didn't have a room! Sent to a cheap hotel for the rest of the night. I returned for th No room when I arrived, put in stinking smokers room before moved to nicer room. customer rating 4 out of 5 It was a little noisy with the renovation going on. Elevator was being worked on and staples in the carpet were disappointing. Other than that, it was fine. Nice TV, very good breakfast, and good shower. The carpet has staples in it just outside the bath, as you walk toward the bedroom. It's like stepping on a stone. Very annoying.
