The room was not service one day. Staff said sorry, but acted like they did not care. Also no microwave in the room. customer rating 4 out of 5 Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is a plus, especially in heavy snow weather, you don't need to drive out for food. Great location, clean, with breakfast. Although it's non-smoking room, we still smell smoke.
