It is pleasant, the staff is very helpful and the location is excellent for downtown activities. The hotel room was clean, bright and had an excellent view. A refrigerator was provided on request. The parking -- it's winter and the only way to have safe parking is valet service $24/day. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Overpriced. Stay at one of the cheaper places right down the street! The workout room was nice. Too expensive everything cost extra (parking Internet, breakfast), smelled bad, and not very comfortable. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 First off the parking is a block away. The keys didn't work and when I went down to the lobby to have them fixed,the elevator for some reason went up and then started stopping at the next 8 floors on the way down. The lights for the floors weren't Nice view from the room. The heater in the room was so load it woke me up every hour.
