Went to cracker barrel the second morning for breakfast. Convenient to the interstate. Food was poor. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Asked for a non-smoking room - got off the elevator and saw all the no smoking signs, but then saw a bunch of people at the end of the hallway smoking outside their rooms. The front desk told me that one half of the floor was non-smoking - the other half Nothing to tell. Can't believe it was rated any starts at all. customer rating 4 out of 5 Good location just south of Birmingham. It is a very over ratted star level. They tried to make it a 2.5, but it is still rough around the edges. Location is right off of highway. Very over rated. They have tried to cover up a 1-1.5 start, but if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck it probably is a duck. Great staff .
