There was a<BR/>huge sign at the front desk if you smoked in a nonsmoking room they would charge you a $150 cleaning fee. They had as It was clean. Staff was rude. customer rating 4.1 out of 5 We truly enjoyed the stay. Very convenient to Downtown Monroeville. But very upset over the pool and Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was green and filthy and the pool was dirty. The rooms were very clean and very sanitized. Waffles for breakfast! I was very disappointed about the Jacuzzi. Green and dirty. One of the most important reasons for using this hotel.
