Customer Reviews for Best Western Inn Greenvillecustomer rating 5 out of 5 Staff was very friendly; seemed truly happy to provide extra pillows, even when she had to find another and delivered it to our room with a smile. The room was exceptionally clean; I had to move furniture to find anything. The TV was an old tube type, if that is important to you. The breakfast room was a bit cramped, and the selection a bit limited. Ultimately, you had fruit, hot and cold cereal, pastries, toast/bagels and toppings, milk/juice/coffee. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased, and felt we got more than what we paid for. Very friendly staff. Very clean room, was surprised it was absolutely spotless. Still has old tube style TVs. Minor point, as TV was not high on our list. customer rating 5 out of 5 I would definitely stay there again. Large room, white soft sheets and pillows and white bed cover. I liked everything. customer rating 1 out of 5 Room was a clean room but my second and third nights. The room was not cleaned, no beds made or clean towels. Very disappointing.
