This was the most outrageous hotel experience I have had since traveling in China in the 1980s. I had booked a non-smoking room. I was told that a party of business guests had unexpectedly decided to stay another night and that the only room they had Nothing. They did not honor my reservation. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Hotel parking lot cluttered, At check in needed restroom and it took over 20 minutes to check in. Had to change rooms because night person could not make room key work in first room. Turned down bet and there was blood on sheets and hair. TV would not wor Nothing TV didn't work, bed not clean, key didn't work, had to change room. customer rating 4 out of 5 It was fine for the price and quality hotel that I paid for. Breakfast. Heater was broken.
