Regardless of the star rating, I expect cleanliness. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The sheets on the bed of the first room had hair all over them...GROSS! The room was dirty and smelled. The remote to the TV didn't have batteries and half the lamps in the room were missing bulbs. There was no free breakfast as advertised.
