Customer Reviews for Sheraton Birmingham Birminghamcustomer rating 2.5 out of 5 The room had obviously been used by a guest to shower and make coffee, and not been cleaned before I got there, dirty towels on chairs and floor, the bed was not slept in, it was midnight and I did not want to change rooms. The staff was very accommodating on comping breakfast and apologizing, I thought it was fair. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Huge, very confusing lobby and common areas, walking to parking lot is a long hike, many turns, and two levels. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel was nice, in a central area, but you do not want to walk around downtown Birmingham at night. The bathrooms were average, the beds were comfy. The restaurant and room service closed about 1, which was too early for me. Pets were allowed at no charge which was great. No WiFi was available. Internet connection was available for a charge. Very annoying but really my only complaint. I liked the location, bed, and pillows. The restaurant closed early and they charged for WiFi. That was especially annoying. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 I liked the location and the friendly staff. Rooms are old, water leaks in ceiling needs recarpeting.
